From the Aisle Exhibitor Audit

An 11 point visual audit undertaken by an objective 3rd party onsite during the first and second day of your show that provides a "snapshot" of what is working and why and recommendations for improvements. The audits focus on the exhibit (property, branding, messaging, flow) and staff performance. The audit gives your exhibitors information to help them make adjustments for future events for improved performance. We deliver a written audit report after the show and offer an optional conference call meeting after the event to discuss the points with your exhibitors. These audits have a secondary benefit. They become a new sales tool for you to use in exhibitor retention.

Web-Based Exhibitor Training

This program will reside on your show website for a total of 60 days from the selected launch date. It is a 24/7, self-paced, staff training option that exhibitors can complete in one easy 25 minute sitting or over any incremental time frame they choose during the available time period. The program offers a total of five training modules with a mini-quiz after each, 8 video role-plays, and a final 10 question quiz.

Exhibitor Newsletters

Show your exhibitors that you are concerned about their performance and success at your show. Our series of 1-2 page newsletters leading up to your show will contain thought provoking and relevant ideas that they can put into practice as they plan for your event.

Each month the newsletter will focus on a different topic with space to communicate key show information, such as early bird deadlines for savings, results from last year’s show, number of anticipated attendees, highlights from last year, changes to show schedule, etc.

Topics from Marketech can include newest trade show industry data, current trends, best practices for use of promotional products and collateral, thoughts about graphics that work in a trade show environment, how to select your staff, etc.

It is a tool that you can use to communicate and support your exhibitors - Written by us- Delivered by you.
